Buildings will be designed and specified to the highest standards throughout. Office areas will feature high levels of daylight, good views and excellent finishes in every detail.
The stunning reception area is accessed from the landscaped central courtyard, or via the lifts at car park level. Upper floors are accessed from the central core, which contains lifts, services, toilets and fire-fighting shaft.
Flexible space
The design enables subdivision floor-by-floor, or by half floor, split around the central core. Each office is planned on a 1.5m planning grid, and there are two dedicated staircases per floor. Design is flexible, with generous heights, and fully accessible ceiling.

Secure covered cycle bays at undercroft level are adjacent to the central core, which houses showers.
