INTRODUCTION

At SEGRO we understand that there is a huge opportunity to build on the current success of the park. The time is right for an exciting redevelopment shaped to meet twenty-first century business expectations.

SEGRO has been granted planning consent for a 2 million square foot business park incorporating hotel, retail and leisure uses. The resulting community will be of the very highest quality in terms of location, buildings, transport links, and choice of on-site amenities.

Increasing the current floorspace to around 2 million sq ft will allow us to create a cutting edge, sustainable business environment, where present and future tenants will thrive in a place dedicated to inspiring productivity and setting the work/life balance.

Phase one of the redevelopment starts this year, and will take about three years. When finished, it will provide around 500,000 sq ft of the finest commercial, retail, hotel and leisure space.
