Phase 1

Our redevelopment of Winnersh Triangle will create a new commercial village at the West End of the Park, imaginatively landscaped around a 'town square'. It will incorporate 500,000 sq ft of offices, hotel and retail facilities that are already under construction and are due for completion in 2009.
