If you have wanted to try an outdoor bootcamp or have a personal training session, but have been unsure – then personal trainer Kev Waite is offering Winnersh Triangle occupiers some great offers to encourage you to join him! 

Kev’s successful outdoor bootcamp classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and now Kev is offering the first two sessions for free, if you haven’t been before. Then it’s just £5 per session afterwards, with no long-term commitment needed. 

The fun and varied sessions are suitable for all abilities. So, if you are a beginner, you have nothing to worry about.  Kev uses various workouts (all socially distanced) to ensure that you are working your whole body. The classes are great for weight loss, strength training, and stress relief.

With more people having experienced a mental health crisis during the pandemic than ever previously recorded, Kev is keen to help people with not only their physical health but their mental health too. He aims to deliver a holistic approach to health, fitness, and wellbeing.

 Personal Training 

If you prefer a 1:1 personal training session, then Kev is also offering the first two sessions for free, then £30 a session thereafter. If you prefer to work out with a friend, Kev offers two person sessions. Weight training, HIIT workouts, injury rehab and competition training are all available.
