Giving Back in 2025

Giving Back at Winnersh Triangle in 2025
Supporting our local community and giving back continues to be a big part of life at Winnersh Triangle, from volunteering to fundraising for our chosen park charity, The Cowshed, which supports individuals and families facing crisis across Berkshire.
In 2025, we’ve contributed 40 volunteering hours as Frasers Property UK, with our park teams coming together for dedicated volunteering days through CMPP (Community Matters Partnership Project) – a non-profit organisation that connects businesses with meaningful local volunteering opportunities.
We’ve supported The Cowshed for 4 years, and during our latest volunteering day we rolled up our sleeves to help sort donations, clean and pair shoes, and work in the sewing area preparing materials for toiletry and referral bags, all of which go directly to people in crisis across the region.
Thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised £719.00 for The Cowshed (and counting!) through a mix of fundraising events, creative workshops and on-site pop-ups held throughout the year.
Some of this year’s highlights include:
• Summer Baskets Workshop and our Summer Party Tombola, where The Cowshed team joined us to meet the community and help “spin to win”.
• Our honey harvest event, learning more about our park bees and hives, with jars of honey shared in return for donations.
• A wide range of pop-up shops throughout the year – each donating 10% of sales to the charity.
And we’re not done yet! Still to come are our Christmas Wreath Making sessions and Christmas Party, helping us reach our final total for the year. We’ll also be supporting The Cowshed through our annual Christmas Giving Tree, collecting gifts so every child has something to unwrap on Christmas Day.
These moments not only raise essential funds but also strengthen the sense of connection across the park as we continue to support the values of our community — who, like us, are committed to making a positive difference.
