PATRIZIA UK’s 44,000 sq ft letting to global medical technology company BD at Winnersh Triangle has been named ‘Deal of the Year’ at this year’s Thames Valley Property Awards.
The accolade celebrates PATRIZIA’s agreement with BD as an outstanding contribution to the Thames Valley – marking the letting by its size, importance and location as having the most significant impact for the region.
In taking the first three floors of premium office space at PATRIZIA’s major speculative development, 1030 Eskdale Road, BD relocated its UK commercial and support operations to the Thames Valley. Vail Williams and Strutt and Parker acted for PATRIZIA to secure the ten-year lease in September 2016, and JLL acted for BD. All three agents work under joint instruction on the Winnersh Triangle estate.

Named ‘Business Park of the Year’ at the 2016 Thames Valley Property awards, Winnersh Triangle provides office, technology, data centre, R&D and amenity space over a total of 1.5 million square feet.
