Frasers Property UK, owner of the 1.5 million sq. ft mixed-use business park Winnersh Triangle, is delighted to welcome elite performance centre MOVE HQ to 680 Eskdale Road.

To celebrate the opening, MOVE HQ, which has taken on 17,000 sq. ft. at the park, will be welcoming the local business community to meet the onsite team and learn more about the impressive facilities on offer. The team will also be joined by sports personalities including Junior Hoilett (Canadian Professional Soccer Player) and Nedum Onuoha (Former Professional Footballer who played for Manchester City, Queens Park Rangers, Sunderland and England U21 team).

The MOVE HQ facility is the largest of its kind in the UK and is open to elite sportspeople, people working on the park, and residents from the local area and beyond. It is equipped with an impressive selection of strength, conditioning and cardio equipment including a three-lane 35m sprint track, lifting racks, Olympic lifting stations and cardiovascular equipment – with regular sessions and workshops available for all abilities. Visitors will also be able to enjoy treatment rooms, run by Active Health Clinics, including Chiropractic treatments, sports massage, acupuncture, and reflexology. Lounge space, for meetings or socialising, is also available.

A new exciting on-site café complements the health facilities and will be serving coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, and light bites. The café produce has been sourced from premium local producers – including Coopers Coffee and Clare’s Amaze Balls, both based in Marlow, and Primal Protein Bars, based in Maidenhead – all working in partnership with Kinetica Sports Nutrition.

Move HQ is also offering a great range of opening memberships and complimentary day passes. Please click here for further details or email Join@move-hq.uk

Reworking Winnersh

Rupert Batho from Frasers Property UK said: “It’s great to welcome the MOVE HQ team to the park, as we return to the office, it’s important for us to provide a variety of facilities to enable our occupiers to truly enjoy their time here.

“The MOVE HQ team will also be responsible for widening our wellness provision for the park. In addition, we’re looking forward to opening a new sports pitch facility and The Hub, in October in partnership, to provide further sports and wellness facilities for our occupiers.”

Mark Munroe, Director at MOVE HQ added: “We’re looking forward to opening our doors on the 14 August and inviting our neighbours to see our fantastic facilities.
