Our community spirit was alive and rising at Winnersh Triangle during our recent Bread Making Masterclass, when we traded keyboards for kneading boards in an event that was equal parts delicious and hands-on.
Led by an expert from our Exchange Cafe team, the session took participants through every step of making their own artisan loaf — from mixing and proving, to baking and, of course, tasting. The result? Freshly baked bread, plenty of laughs, and a warm sense of connection.
