Winnersh Triangle’s latest major refurbishment project, Building 210 has recently completed and also been officially launched to the market.

For the launch, property agents from the South East agency market were invited to Winnersh Triangle. Alongside acting agents Hollis Hockley LLP and CBRE, the Frasers Property UK team opened up the 210 Building for socially distanced tours to around 60 agents.
To mark the occasion, Winnersh Triangle commissioned its very own 210 gin and everyone took a bottle home to enjoy.
We’re really pleased to be welcoming HPE to the ground floor of 210, who have already started their fit-out works. There is 31,000 sq ft available on the first floor, which can be split into smaller suites, starting at 7,000 sq ft.
