In the spirit of giving, Frasers Property and property management partners, MAPP continue to work together to support local businesses, schools and charities.

The team are pleased to be able to keep up the momentum of donating items that Winnersh Triangle has a surplus of through the latest initiative of donating 50 directors chairs to local learning centre – Reading College|Activate Learning.

Reading College offers a wide range of specialist facilities including creative art workshops, recording studios, performance spaces, a TV studio, theatre and much more.

Soumaya Arfa, Media lecturer at Activate Learning says:

We are delighted that Winnersh Triangle reached out and have given us these chairs. Our students were over the moon! The chairs will be used in our media studio at Reading College so we can work on an open-air theatre in the summer. We are also using them for directors’ chairs in college film projects and for lectures. It gives the students a sense of identity to the film practices we work on within their Creative Media assignments.”

It’s fantastic to know that the chairs have gone to a good home and will make such a positive impact on the students and the work that they do. For more information on the college, visit: https://www.activatelearning.ac.uk/reading
