Frasers Property UK, in collaboration with property management specialist MAPP and landscaper expert Nurture Group, has received a Green Flag Award at Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire.
Frasers Property UK, in partnership with MAPP and Nurture Group, has been awarded the Green Flag Award for Winnersh Triangle in Berkshire, officially recognising it as one of the UK’s best-managed green spaces for the second year in a row. The park is now among only 2,250 sites nationwide to achieve this internationally recognised award.
The Green Flag Award scheme, managed by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy, recognises and rewards well-managed parks and green spaces, setting the benchmark standard for the management of green spaces across the United Kingdom and beyond.
Winnersh Triangle, which is owned, developed and managed by Frasers Property UK, is a high-quality mixed-use business park spanning 1.5 million sq ft in the Thames Valley. Spread across 90 acres, the park features expansive green spaces, thoughtfully landscaped grounds and a wide range of amenities that create welcoming outdoor areas for both occupiers and the local community to enjoy. The park is home to a diverse portfolio of companies from the technology, data and science sectors, including Virgin Media/O2, Tepeo, Stage 50, Becton Dickinson and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
