Local MP Sir John Redwood and Wokingham Borough Council Deputy Mayor, Councillor Beth Rowland joined Frasers Property to celebrate the official opening of M2M Pharma’s new premises at Winnersh Triangle.

Founded in 2016 with only one employee in a small, 150 sq ft office, M2M Pharma quickly out-grew its previous home at Thames Valley Science Park.  Now based at 125 Winnersh Triangle in a 2,600 sq ft space housing an office and laboratory facilities, the flexible space will accommodate M2M Pharma’s ambitious plans for expansion – giving it a home fit for the future.

The opening event brought together around 50 delegates from the life sciences sector to celebrate M2M Pharma’s move and the latest milestone in its exciting journey.  One customer – Dextra Laboratories – highlighted M2M’s commitment to delivering every project on time and to the highest standards as the reason for its continued relationship.

Eilidh McAllister, Senior Asset Manager at Frasers Property UK said: “We’re delighted that M2M Pharma has chosen to move to Winnersh Triangle.  We’re pleased to have them onsite and look forward to helping support their future growth.

“We offer first-class office space and amenities and our ability to provide spaces that can flex and grow with a business’ changing needs means we’re well placed to work with ambitious companies like M2M Pharma.”

Dr Mridul Majumder, Founder of M2M Pharmaceuticals Ltd said:

“From initial viewing to moving in, it only took four months for Frasers Property and M2M Pharma to make this happen. The team that worked behind the scenes to get this over the line deserves a big thank you and I can see a professionalism of delivering a project like this in a timely manner is also an ethos of Frasers Property which matches with M2M Pharma’s and we look forward to working with Winnersh Triangle Management for decades to come.”
