At Winnersh Triangle business park we are delighted to welcome a head chef to join the team at Gather & Gather café.  Lee Mildenhall comes with a wealth of experience having previously worked at Tom Kerridge’s The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, which is the only pub in the UK with two Michelin stars. Lee has also worked at Vodafone’s headquarters and most recently was head chef at the historic Halfway Inn in Newbury.

We have three Gather & Gather Cafés across Winnersh Triangle including The Exchange co-working space, providing a vibrant atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or a quick coffee. There are salads, sandwiches, soups and a selection of healthy and exciting hot dishes and chef’s specials which are prepared daily on site and made with the freshest of ingredients. The new menu will also show calories, so that people can make informed choices when they eat.

Gather & Gather understand the positive impact great food can have on employee health, wellbeing and productivity so they have partnered with a number of the Winnersh tenants to subsidise their employee’s lunches.

Eilidh McAllister, Senior Asset Manager at Winnersh Triangle commented: “We are delighted to welcome Lee to the park. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and we know he has some great ideas. He’s been working with the team behind the scenes to ensure that the new menu is perfect for our occupiers, including the bi-weekly BBQ’s and we can’t wait to find out what everyone thinks.”
