We are delighted to announce that Winnersh Triangle now has a number of Mental Health First Aid Trainers, providing someone to talk to if anyone on the park needs support with their mental health.

Coinciding with Mental Health Awareness Week this week (from 10 May to 16 May), the training couldn’t have come at a more important time, ensuring that our occupiers are supported as they start to welcome back their staff, as restrictions are lifted.

The course was attended by 10 employees across the Frasers Property parks and the feedback that we received was fantastic.

Nicky Gigg, Soft Services Manager at Winnersh Triangle said: “I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to be included within a Mental Health First Aid Course. The experiences really did make me look further and open up about any struggles I have come across. Mental Health comes in all shapes and sizes and we don’t need to struggle to make it through the day. People’s stories are real and I am proud to be able to provide support and be a friend should anyone need anything.”

Crina Hossu, House Manager at Winnersh Triangle commented: “Taking part in the Mental Health training has been very helpful and gave me a better insight. Discussing openly about Mental Health is just as important as discussing how you are feeling. I’m really pleased to be a Mental Health First Aider for Winnersh Triangle.”
